A conversation with Lorenza Liandru (IT)

Lorenza and Prisca discuss about the ‘Museo della Quarantena’ (translated as Quarantine Museum), a digital project that was launched during in April 2020 during the first lockdown due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The project aims to tell the long weeks of the lockdown through the objects that accompanied us in this strange and dystopian period of our life. The exhibition, launched on social media, is a digital collection of photos of everyday objects that have been useful, consoling, comforting, companionship or simply a 'symbol' of quarantine. Lorenza mentions the Museum of Innocence, born from the novel of the same name by Orhan Pamuk and the Museum of Broken Relationships in Zagreb. She also speaks about the poem Perdute Cose by Gianluigi Rocca. The Quarantine Museum is an initiative of the Museo Diocesano Tridentino (Museum of Trento, Italy).
